Barbados is
the eastern-most caribbean island. The island was first occupied
by the british in 1627 and remain british colony untill 1961. The
island gain full independence in 1966 and maintain ties to the
Britain monarch represented in Barbados by the Governor general.
Barbados is a member of the commonwealth. Barbados have two polictical
parties the Democratic Labour Party(DLP) and the Barbados
Labour Party (BLP). Barbados have a population of about 270.000
people. The currency is the barbados dollar which the rate is $1
USD =1.98bds. The time zone is GMT. The climate on the island is
near perfect. With lots of sunshine, the island have the constant
tradewinds to keep the island at a bearable temperture. The hurricane
period begins from the 1st of june untill 30th november. The
island have many activities, nightlife, history, sightseeing tours
and many watersports etc. If u are the sportman at heart we have
all the watersports here, for etc Surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding
etc, etc. During the day u can tour around the island ,enjoy
the day cruises of the catameran sailboats, which dock on the coast
of the island and u can get to feed the turtles, they also have

beautiful crystal clear waters so u can see the beautiful reefs
